We do not provide video-based onboarding sessions. Instead, all client onboarding is conducted via Zoom only.

This means:

• No video onboarding — we do not record, stream, or conduct onboarding through video calls.

• Zoom is the only platform we use for onboarding communications.

• All onboarding materials, instructions, and support will be shared through Zoom sessions or agreed-upon written channels.
